 30-Day Window: Return unworn, unwashed items with tags & original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
📦 Return Authorization Required: Contact us at [support@uno.com] for a Return Authorization (RA) number – no returns accepted without it.

2. Quick Refunds

💳 Original Payment Refund: Approved returns are refunded within 30 days of receipt.
🚫 Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the error was ours.

3. Simple Exchanges

🔄 Size/Color Swap: Need a different size or color? Email us for an RA number.
🔍 Inspection First: We’ll process your exchange after verifying the returned item.
 Out of Stock? If your desired item is unavailable, we’ll refund or offer an alternative.

4. Return Shipping

📤 Customer Responsibility: You cover return shipping unless we made a mistake (wrong/item missing).
